"Please save yourself from a massive health hazard. My husband got a haircut here. He noticed that the woman cutting his hair was not cleaning her tools between clients. Now my husband has ringworm because of dirty tools and she cut him while doing his fade. His recovery has been horrible!!"

"Went in and asked for full highlights. Walked out with splotchy hair. I went back the next day and they told me it was fine that it was because i had more Grey on one side, and they didn't even trim my hair right. I went to another salon and they fixed my color and cut. Went back to bella to let them know and another lady said that they don't do roots when they do a full highlight. And would not give any kind of a refund for a huge mess they left me with. Luckily the new salon will be my forever go to and i do not recommend these people."
