Luxury Nails

"Steer clear of this place! I took my daughter in to get her nails polished for graduation and nothing about this place was pleasant. First of all, the staff is not friendly and the place was not inviting at all. It was very hot, smelled bad and was not clean. Then they have so many signs up of things NOT TO DO like don’t bring in your kids and that they prefer cash. Then I paid almost $40 for simple nail polish, not even gel or a manicure! Never again! If you are looking for a real nail salon with class, definitely try Integrity Nails on Ronald Reagan!!"

"Went for a face waxing, they burned my face! This is not the first time I have this procedure in other places, I know the temperatures and the “pain” you feel. But this lady burned it. Never ever coming back it took more than a week for my skin to recover I had scars in all the places she burned. Don’t go to this place if you want waxing."

"If I could give zero stars I would. They put a new set of acrylic nails on for me. Usually a new set would last me about a month but they didn't even last 1 week!! Not only that but my nails were crooked! They looked awful!Staff wasn't very friendly and acted like it was more of an inconvenience to them that customers were there. (It was myself and 1 other lady) Very disappointed. Will never go back!"

"This is my favorite nail place around Leander. I see Wendy and she is absolutely amazing!! She always takes her time and makes sure that my nails and waxing is perfect. Everyone else there is super nice and helpful as well. It’s a very clean nail salon too. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone."

"The pedi was fine. But the lady didn’t know what she was doing when it came to waxing my underarms. (I was the only one in the shop for the majority of my appointment) She prepped one underarm with powder, the other she put the hot wax straight on my skin, I tell her it’s too hot, she repeats the process and blows the already applied wax as if it was going to cool it down. She spent more time “waxing” my underarms than she did on my pedi. Constantly ripping and burning my skin, no pressure applied, and to top it off after the service she rubbed what seemed like alcohol into my already burned under arm and I get up and go to the front to pay and leave, yet she’s chasing me with yet another substance on the towel saying it will make the burn go away… long story short IT DIDNT and now I’m dealing with a 2nd degree burn on my underarms, and no one seems to care about my complaint. I will be taking legal action. I hope no one ever has to experience what I went through. As for the staff, IF YOU AREN’T TRAINED OR CERTIFIED TO WAX, DON’T WAX. That is all :)"
