This Friday, despite leaving early, I was caught in unusually heavy traffic and arrived 10 minutes late, but I was disheartened by the stylist's response to my delay. While he did agree to cut my hair, he was unable to provide the style I requested, opting for a quicker, simpler cut due to time constraints. I appreciate the effort to accommodate me within the limited time, but it felt like a compromise rather than a service. I completely get that time is valuable for everyone. However, there have been times when I patiently waited for my turn while the previous client's session extended beyond their slot. I didn't mind because I understand that delays can happen. It's about treating each other with a bit of understanding and kindness. The quality of work with Matt is generally top-notch, which keeps me coming back. However, this experience was a reminder that good service is about more than just technical skill; it's also about flexibility and understanding in unforeseen situations. While I got a decent haircut, it wasn't what I wanted, and the whole situation could have been handled with a bit more empathy and customer care."

The service is unrushed and even relaxing. It's even worth the drive out there as I had met them at another location. Update: still the BEST!
