"Called to make a service appointment, as well as get a quote. I was pretty much rushed off the phone, no quote given. The first impression is the most important so if I was treated like that over the phone, I figured the service would be the same. Called another auto shop and was greeted much better and they actually asked more in depth questions to get an idea of the issues I'm having with my car."

"I did not enjoy my experience with K3S. I own a 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe. It’s still in good shape, but there were a some issues I had been experiencing. The two main issue were a “buzzing” noise come from the engine and my steering wheel shaking. These issues were clearly communicated up front. After having my car for a few days, I was told that my wheel hub and bearing on the driver’s side needed replacement, the tie rod on the passenger side needed replacement, the stabilizer bar link kit needed replacement, I needed new break pads and rotors, and a few smaller things. I really appreciated Nadar walking everything through with me before I made my decision on the work I wanted done. He recommended I focus on the immediate needs first and I can get the brakes done later. I decided to hold off on the brakes because they were going to charge me $1300. I agreed on the other work, which cost me $1700. About a week later, I pick up my car and neither issue I addressed was fixed. My car was still buzzing and steering wheel was still shaking. I called Nadar to address my concerns and he told me to get the brakes repaired first because that might fix the issues. Since then, I’ve taken it two mechanics and both have told me that the buzzing noise is coming from the bearings inside my AC compressor being worn and causing a noise. The steering wheel was shaking because the front wheels are bent. They both said it would make sense to replace the brakes, but I could wait a little longer. They also won’t charge nowhere near $1300 to have them replaced. So after spending $1700 I now have to spend more to actually get these issues fixed because K3S couldn’t do the job. I feel cheated. I was certainly not impressed with their service."

"Researched different shops and saw these guys had great reviews. Decided to bring my Cadillac DTS there. It smokes and has leaked oil in various places thru out my ownership. Many shops I called refused to work on it due to extensive amount of labor. These guys said yes and I received a great price. I was briefed on all findings immediately upon inspection, and gave approval for repairs. My engine and transmission was quickly removed all seals replaced and put together in a timely manner. After I received my vehicle I inspected every single part under hood to see if anything would be missed or forgotten. Unbelievably for the first time ever not 1 bolt was left loose and my car now has not 1 leak. It has never not leaked. I feel like I have a new car that I finally can drive daily. Still to this day I look under the car daily in disbelief that there’s no puddle. I will definitely bring anything I can’t do in my garage to this shop. They get it done fast and have the best labor prices around. Quality and workmanship is 5 stars. Literally I checked everything. Thanks"

"Great shop, great people! I checked around to find a shop to do some suspension work on my M3, and I'm glad I found K3S Motorsports. Eric is very responsive and takes time to discuss options, and Andrew knocked out the work quickly. Going the extra mile was the big deal, though. Eric personally put in a call to Ground Control about swapping camber plates that we had a miscommunication on, and Andrew made sure to ask about preventative maintenance items that are common with e46s, as well as catching a couple of leaks that I forgot to mention when I dropped the car off. I'll definitely be back at K3S with both my M3 and 944 for future work!"
