"I usually come here for my oil change, this time I had a oil leak. This was at the beginning of March 2021. They worked on my car for a total of 3 days. I called because they quoted me a time it would be ready. They always told me check back at the end of the day or tomorrow morning turned into 3 days. I went and bought all the supplies they told me they would need to fix my vehicle. Today is 4/22/21, I’m here at Kwik Kar lube and tube. They just showed me where my oil is still leaking also showed me the yellow pudding that was used to “repair my oil leak”. I’m so disappointed and I was very professional with them. Also this incident was AFTER I had to come back from the FIRST oil change with them 1/16/2021. They need to understand it’s some people that don’t have money to throw around literally every month for car repairs."
