"I Went in on a Saturday and purchased 4 brand new tires,got an alignment inspection and bought windshield wipers.I noticed that one of my tire center pieces was missing so I called up there.The man told me to come up there because they got too much stuff in there.I asked to speak to the manager he said he was busy.So I left work drive up there just for them to say they couldn't find it.The manager came out and said that he will ask another employee then call me.By the time I made it home the manager called and said the other guy said it was only 3 caps on my car.But of course he will say that because he was the second person to work on my car.He only did an alignment.Their customer service suck and I will never go again"

"TRASH! Sent my friend there for oil change. They stripped da bolt in the oil pan, all oil drained out. She had 2 go 2 another place to have it fixed. When she went back to Ko, they denied the work they did, even with her bringing the screw they stripped with her. Now her engine has a knock that it did NOT have & they wont fix! Screw these people!"
