"Beware! This business has a strict 15 minutes late policy in which they will charge $39.99 on the card you gave to make your appointment. And they have another policy, if your eyelashes are shorter than 3mm, they will not take you. This was my experience. I was on my way to my 10am appointment when I receive a text from Deka about their 15 minute policy. I was confused because I was going to get there before 10am. When I got there, they had already charged my credit card and informed me that I was put in the schedule for 9:30am. I told them that I was told it was at 10am. She said that it has happened before, that they enter the appointments wrong. The person in charge said she'll refund the late fee. Then I go to have my lashes and the girl told me my lashes are too short, what a surprise, that's why I was there in the first place. She said that's their policy. I have had extensions done before, so I don't get it. To make matters worse, they never removed the fee and I had to dispute it at my bank. Needless to say, I would not recommend this business at all. Everything was wrong; The person who entered my appointment half an hour before, the person who doesn't wait for me to get there after I said I was on my way to charge me $39.99, and finally the not very welcoming atmosphere when I opened the front door. This business has a lot of areas in need of improvement."
