"I really wanted to love this place, BUT I went in to my second appointment there & the girl that did my hair the first time wasn’t available so I set the appointment with someone they recommended, I believe it was Manny. He had NEVER met me before and I was going for a root touch up and completely bleached my ENTIRE hair. He didn’t do a test strand, nor did he change the tone I went in with, he just bleached it all AGAIN for NO REASON. It’s been 6 months from this and I’ve spend over a thousand dollars buying products to repair my hair, I even had to have a nanoplasty done because I was losing CHUNKS of hair every single time I detangled my hair. I’ve had people tell me I should’ve sued them but that wasn’t going to fix it, so I didn’t want to do it. I didn’t even want to write this review because I hate creating conflict that much. The only reason I did this review is because I don’t want others to fall into the same trap I did. For reference of my pictures: the one with the brick backdrop is after my first appointment there, which you can see my hair’s integrity is perfectly fine. The darker picture is how my naturally wavy hair looks. The other two are how my ends look like today, post brushing, after all the expensive treatments, including hair Botox and nanoplasty to try to make up for the damage that was done. It literally gets as bad as a loofah & my hair brush was getting so much breakage before doing the Botox/nanoplasty. The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because they were really friendly and my first appointment was a good experience, but the second destroyed my hair and the years it took to grow it out so I could have it be as healthy as possible are now gone down the drain."
