"Karen did such a great job! Most stylist in other salons cut more than I ask for and I always leave upset. Karen was very honest and her skills made me confident when I said I wanted cut my hair more than I originally asked for. She pulled out a ruler and I knew I was in good hands! I love that this salon lets you pick the level of expertise and I was not disappointed in the slightest with Karen - she was at studio level and she made me feel so comfortable because she explained everything in detail. I will definitely be sticking to her even when she gets to different levels! So affordable and the environment was giving chic!"
