"Where do I begin… To start, Mrs. Karen is amazing & her hands are truly a work of art. I have always been told that I had too much hair & that it would take too much time to do or that my dry scalp was from me not drinking enough water or not using the right products but I was never redirected to the “right” products. With that, I was very nervous to try another stylist but after months of searching, I decided to give it one last try. I began coming to Polished Looks in April of 2022 & I have not looked back since. Within two visits, my scalp changed tremendously. I no longer had to worry about being turned away because the job was “too hard” or it was “too much”. There were no crumbs on my shoulder from me scratching my head, I no longer had to worry about people thinking I didn’t wash my hair because of how bad my scalp was & most importantly my scalp could breathe for once!
