"First and last time going in for a dip manicure here. I had two ladies do my nails. First technician was pretty rough and nicked my cuticles with the nail drill multiple times. She didn’t shape my nails and they were left really thick for a dip nail manicure. I asked her to thin them out a bit and she seemed upset after that (yelling and walking back and forth from our station). So much that a second lady stepped in to finish the job. She thinned them out a bit and shaped them. However, since the first technician went crazy with the drill after my request to thin them a bit, the color I chose is now very translucent. It looks like I didn’t get a dip manicure. I also spent a long time here. I arrived at 2 and left at 3:45.. I’m very disappointed. I will NOT go back to this place. What a waste of a Sunday afternoon."
"The best nail experience I’ve had! Linda was very gentle with taking my NexGen nails off, it didn’t hurt at all. She was also very gentle with my cuticles. I got a French tip dip and it is beautiful!! She wasn’t in a hurry (which is normally my experience) so she really took her time and was very detailed. She was kind and our conversation was very sweet! Definitely recommend this place!"
