"I’ve been this salon for over two years, initially drawn in by the stylist’s warm and friendly approach. But as time went on, my experiences there weren’t as positive as I had initially hoped for. Every time I had my hair colored, I’d develop rashes around my hairline. Although I informed her about my discomfort, she tried to remedy the situation by applying Vaseline cream around the hairline and ears to protect against the dye. Unfortunately, her application often missed spots, leading to further reactions. I was hopeful she would adapt and better her technique over time, but this wasn’t the case. My family even advised against continuing my visits there due to the persistent issues. On top of this, there were sudden price increases without any prior notification, which always caught me by surprise during payment. While I kept going there mainly out of convenience, I recently chanced upon some exceptional salons in and around Flower Mound. I’m genuinely relieved to have found a salon that not only values my business but also prioritizes my well-being. I’m grateful to have moved on from this salon experience."
