"I have always received great service at Fiore. I've had a few different technicians and all of them are detailed and consistent. Always very accommodating. The salon is comfortable and clean. Each visit that I've had they seem to really take pride in giving quality service."

"Jason has done an amazing job with my nails. He listens to make sure you’re getting what you want, and pays attention to detail. His wife, Mason, also did my pedicure - which was wonderful, plus she’s just a very sweet person. I’ve been coming here to Fiore since they opened, and after visiting nearly every salon in FM, can confidently say they’re, IMO, the best. Definitely worth a shot."

"I was very frustrated with the whole experience, from the beginning to the end. Firstly, the receptionist told be to pick nail color and then just forgot about me, I had no idea where to wait or what to do next. I felt invisible in the store. I was ignored until a lady asked the receptionist about me. Secondly, I booked for lavender manicure but nobody communicated about it, the receptionist didn't tell the technician nor the technician cared to ask me. I ended up with just very simple nail care that I could just do it myself at home and would do better. Thirdly, the technician didn't care to ask if i'm happy with the shape of my nails after he filed them. I just realized that they are too sharp after he put the base layer. He then filed them again, but didn't tend to the roughness of my nails. He just then went ahead and put the color layer on. The color layer was uneven and very thick after just 1 layer. It's supposed to put a very thin layer for 2-3 times to make the color even. And i was told to wait there 10 minutes, but no body told me what to do next again. I waited for 15 more minutes, people kept going in and out and no one even cared to ask me what i was waiting for, just looked at me and looked away like i was invisible again. I seriously felt like I was discriminated. I looked around and even kids were tended more than me in the store."

"So pleased with my experience at Fiore and would definitely recommend! I don’t typically write reviews, but I know the struggles of finding a good nail salon. (For my fellow ladies who feel the same way): George did a great job on my nails - pays great attention to detail and isn’t rough with filing. Salon is clean and prices are generally competitive for quality. LOTS of options for colors/chrome/and even cat eye design that I have yet to try. Everyone is very friendly!
