"Arrived at 9 am, August 22nd. The lady was very kind and offered to cut my hair with the stipulation that it's a cut only because of a scheduled appointment at 9:20. I agreed to the arrangement and was shocked that I was being charged the full $35. When I returned home I realized that my hair was uneven everywhere. I had to trim my bangs and use my own trimmer to fix it."
"Manager was pretty rude because me and my 6-year-old son showed up 5 minutes late for our appointments she decided that we didn't get our full treatment no shampoo no neck message I mean isn't that the point of this place I've been to many knockout locations really enjoy myself Nice atmosphere nice people not this one so I think I'll just continue to take my business back over to 7th Street where they're always nice and cheerful kind and fun"
