"Knotless braids were beautiful however it took 9 hours after she told me 5. This was ridiculous! I feel if the lady had daycare for her kids she would not have had to stop so many times."
"I had an appointment at 10 am waited almost an hour in my car for someone to show up to the shop. The the raider told me I had to wait even longer for someone to come and do the style I wanted. What is the purpose of an appointment if the stylist isn't even there to do my hair? I ended up leaving and going to another braid shop Gloryland near by. They got me in and out and I loved my hair. I will never come back to Aby's as they do not value peoples time. I had to drive in the rain and made sure I was on time so should they. Poor customer service."
