"I loved my experience here! I’ve been struggling a bit with my newly short hair and since it was due for a trim, I tried out a new place that was recommended to me. Sarah was my stylist and she did a perfect job! She talked me through each step she did and the issues I had with my hair and how to achieve the look I wanted. She explained it so well without it being complex and overwhelming with all the new information. I was told I wouldn’t be able to achieve the style I wanted by a past stylist at a different location but she showed me that I can! She’s updated on newer techniques which allowed me to trust her even more with my hair. Again, I love it and will booking with Sarah again! Thank you."

"Charged $250 (plus tip) color/cut and still have inch to inch and half of root in some areas. Alex has cut my hair before and done a decent job w/reasonable prices. This was her first time doing my color and I failed to asks what she would charge, I never dreamed it would be so expensive. Additionally, I did ask for yellow blonde as opposed to white but there’s brassiness and I will need to use purple shampoo. I contacted her a few hours once I got home and noticed how bad it was and she refused to refund a dime. She offered for me to come back in and she would redo everything. By far the worst color job I’ve ever had and the most I’ve ever paid for a hair service."
