"Unfortunately, I had been going to waxer for a couple of years and one day she just cancelled my appt without notice or explanation. I had taken time off work for appt in which I informed her of that and didn’t get a response until next day an hour before my cancelled appt. With all the rules on time, I guess the only persons time that’s valuable is the supplier."
