"Forgot to put a review Sunday 10/22... The heavy set black girl has terrible customer service she finished my sons haircut and I told her I wanted the sides faded more her response was you mean cut? I said blend fade etc she responds and tells me that is a cut so then i think to myself why does it matter what the correct word is why start a back and forth with me just fix it because there was clearly a line and the top needed to be cut more this whole time a very bad attitude. So then she starts to fade my sons hair and my son complains about it pulling (since clippers were not oiled) I even myself heard the clippers pull she kept saying it wasn't so after the third time the clippers were on his head I told her nvm someone else would fix his hair she didn't care and got him off her chair. If manager or owner reads they need to do something about that women or this location won't last long. FYI my son sits still for his haircuts he isn't one of those kids that cries or moves alot. It's obvious she hates working there she carries herself with a bad attitude and vibe makes you not want to be there."
"I love getting my hair cut by Eva at the Montgomery Plaza location! She’s friendly and knowledgeable. I have thin hair that breaks easily. She has made some recommendations that have implemented that have helped my hair grow stronger and healthier. I am always pleased with my haircut when I leave. I’ve been coming to Eva for over a year and will continue coming to her because she does an excellent job!!"
