"Giving this nail place a 1 star. I went to this nail establishment on a recommendation from a co worker. I got shellac on my nails and it turned out okay. I then walked over to the pedicure chair and I didn’t get the water bath or anything all I got slapped on nail polish and a quick 30 second file. And after about a minute of getting my toes painted the guy was like are you ready to go? And I said no I’ll wait…. I’m thinking to myself you just painted my toes they are still wet no I’m not ready to go… When I was leaving I asked the lady for a owner or a manger and she said I’m sorry she is not here right now is there something I can help you with and I said I’m not happy with the service I got today I asked for a pedicure repeatedly and I just got polish. She then said oh I’m sorry they thought you said you wanted a polish change the thing is I HAD NO polish on my finger nails or toe nails when I went in…I was then asked if I wanted a pedicure I said no I’ve already been here for over an hour and I’m already upset and I’m ready to get out of here. I am very unsatisfied. This was also for my WEDDING. If I knew I was going to get slapped on polish on my toes I would’ve done it myself. I also felt very rushed. I also filled out the paper when you walk in that said I wanted to do a PEDICURE AND MANICURE with shellac. This is some the worse service I have EVER gotten. Not to mention the lady at the front proceeded to give me attitude."

"First time here and Ryan did my nails. He is great! My nails were tender from me taking my previous set off and he did not hurt me once which is awesome. The place was very clean any everyone seemed so nice. I will be going back."

"l went in and got my nails done on friday my pinky broke on the next day saturday. they fixed it and then two days later two more of my nails broke off mind you l wasn’t doing anything rough all l did was pull my pants up. When he was filing my nails they kept hurting and my ring finger started bleeding a little l guess he was blind to that. l spent 75 dollars and asked for a refund because my nails are thin and weak. the owner said “you should have told him” but maybe you should teach them on what they are doing instead of being in a rush to open a business and don’t understand how to actually do nails. They do it on purpose to have you keep coming back in and spend money. l’m not trying to be a karen but this place is no where near worth the money and they need to train their workers on what they are doing. l will never go again and you shouldn’t either. Go to ocean nails!!!!!!"

"I originally came at 12 noon for a pedicure, which is Sunday opening time. They are running a 30% pedicure discount. I was told that they didn’t have enough staff & didn't know what time they would arrive. That was weird & off putting, but I came back an hour later & was seen immediately. I got the deluxe pedicure, which was nice. Great amount of massage with hot stones. I will come back here."
