I completed an appointment card on their website and they quickly contacted me upon opening the same day. The staff were lovely and kind from the moment we opened the door. They pierced my daughter's ears at the same time and treated her with a sucker. She cried for about 30 seconds!! This place is cute, girly, and a great place to go for mommy daughter days."
