"I came here for the first time because the salon where I almost always go was not open, my haircut is a very short haircut with a machine and I said it very clearly when I sat in that chair and I showed her the photo, she still continued to do my hair, I dye it color black which is what I wanted, but when I was going to sit down she started to dry my hair and told me how about I liked it BRO my hair was like the same I woke up this morning, I could have gone to Walmart to buy the dye and get it done myself and the blower would have looked better than how she made it for me. When I showed her the photo again she ended up telling me that she is new and that she doesn't know how to do that kind of cropping. She still charged me $65. I have never had an experience like this happen to me and I am not a person ho write bad reviews but I am really very upset because now I have to do a miracle to fix my hair so I can say goodbye to the year. I only gave it one star because I had no other option. If you are new, you should have let me know as soon as you see my hair, saying, “Hey, the only thing I can do is cut the ends because I'm new and I can't do short cuts yet.” It's called being honest, you're playing with something very important in a woman: her hair. . Put yourself in the person's shoes. I couldn't catch the name but if you get a redhead stylist, run away."
