"The manager of this salon, I called her and spoke to her in order to make an appointment, and she lied and said I will call you, and it has been a month. She did not call and I called her a lot to take an appointment from them. They turn off the phone. When I sent her a message, she sees the message and she did not answer. I do not know her, and I have never gone to a salon like this, but this one who owns the salon She has no respect for people, and I am basically not honored to deal with such people who have problems in their minds, and I do not advise anyone to go to this salon because if the manager of this salon does not know how to respect people, the meaning is that this salon is not good. I am surprised that they give her 5 stars, she does not deserve half a star"
"The most understated hair salon in Fort Worth. I somehow struggle to find a stylist in DFW that can cut my long hair and bangs to my satisfaction without emptying my wallet. Not only does Nora understand long hair, she makes it look absolutely fantastic. Her layering technique is the best and seriously reduces my styling time at home because my hair falls so well when it dries. Not to mention her prices can't be beat for the quality of work. I've tried other salons around here, expensive ones, and Nora's hair cutting knowledge is, so far, unmet."
