"Fun place to go during the warm of the afternoon. To have a shake or a custard filled cup of gooey goodness. And just relax in the nice day atmosphere and let the kids climb on the trees."

"This is now the original and only shakes location after the one in Georgetown switch to a different ownership and rebranded as Frozen flamingos Dislocation still has do all the original flavors keeps things going with concrete custard Frozen up but just right with all kinds of mixings did you can do from cheesecake cookie dough Oreo to cherry banana blueberry raspberry strawberries and just about every other combination and put in between including as well accustom ice cream cake custom shakes custom banana split combos! The customer service staff here do all they can to alternate the chairs to the shade area with drive-thru and pick up orders as well Also one of the few locations open till 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday! What I like about this location vs Georgetown is stay focus on custom banana splits such as triple Berry split fudge nutty butter banana split and a banana split in a cup!"

"I’ve been coming here for 15+ years and used to LOVE the creamy custard. Since new ownership, there is definitely a difference in the taste. The custard is NOT the same. So sad. Please change it back to the original custard."

"We recently stopped at Shake's in Cedar Park and enjoyed their Custard based desserts. On the evening we had the Oreo concrete. Texture creamy, taste was very good. Fairly quick melting point so best to eat up soon after ordering, especially if its hot outside. Otherwise, this was a good dessert that we'd gladly return to enjoy again."

"Very disappointed! I used to work at Shakes when I was a teen(which was 10+ years ago) and it was AMAZING! I took my 9 month old there last night for his first baby cone and I got a concrete for myself (fudge brownie and cake batter) and was super excited since we've just recently moves back to the area. The custard is definitely different from what it used to be, the brownies used in my concrete were HARD AS ROCK (not soft and gooey like they used to be), there was NO hot fudge in it and there was absolutely NO trace of cake batter in it. I have always been a big fan of Shakes because I LOVED working there as a teen; I am very sad to say that Andy's Custard is MUCH better."
