"I’m leaving a one star for customer friendliness. I guess because I’m an white female I’m not worth common courtesies? It’s my first time selling books to this place and the masked guy at the desk was far from friendly. Excuse me? Aren’t you only here because people want to sell and buy used books? Then I asked for a key to the bathroom. He hands me the key to the mens bathroom. I come back to the desk and ask for the key to the womens bathroom and he informs me that they are the same. What a joke. Every woman knows a man’s bathroom is NOT the same as a woman’s. This store is over the top Woke - everything is the same everyone is equal. And he doesn’t offer me the other key. So, I guess no potty break for me. I’ve completely enjoyed all our previous visits here to purchase - now I don’t think we’ll be back."
"This location of Half price books is bigger and better than other locations. The store itself is neatly organized and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Lot of good collections at a low cost. Definitely recommend for book lovers. Also did I say, they buy your books? Yes, they do!"
