"I was craving a potato egg and cheese kolache this morning and I’m out way out of town, we stopped at this Kolache Factory. The kolaches I received were not just egg and potato, but had a salsa added to it - more ranchero. I tasted like it had zero cheese and I did not like the salsa. When I went back in to say I had ordered the plain potato egg and cheese - they first agreed this was ranchero, but after said no this is our potato egg and cheese. When I said this is not consistent with other Kolache Factories, the guy behind the counter just said sorry. Didn’t even try to fix the issue. I was VERY disappointed…all I wanted was a cheesy potato and egg Kolache that I’ve had at other KFs many times before! Oh and of course - they didn’t have any plain egg and cheese."
"I have eaten it before. My friends brought it to me and shared it with me. Today, I suddenly found that they have many stores. I drove to this place because of my love of bread, and the clerk (a man) was very patient and gave me a recommendation!! And he gave me a peach jam bun for free try and I loved it！ A happy breakfast shopping in the morning can make my day！"
"Heard about this place through numerous advertisements but was very disappointed with the service I just received. My son and I walked into the location on Highway 6 and the young man working just looked at us. No greeting whatsoever. I told him that this was our first time and he stilled just stared at me. He boxed our Kolache order with cinnamon rolls all mashed together. Very disappointed with the service there. We won’t be eating there again and will spread the word on our experience."

"Great product for breakfast or a mid day snack great variety and everything tastes great. This location used to have an issue of running out of items but lately been perfect everytime I've been. Staff is friendly and helpful and service is quick too"
