"Complaint about The window staff the guy taking order is extremely rude to us 2 days in a row the skinny guy with accent we drove off without giving order today Feb 22,2024 10:20am The because he was so rude in how he spoke to us and had attitude. The girl with red orange hair with 2 braids the day before who practically shoved our food at us at window was unfriendly 02,21 2024 9am Today feb 22, 2024 We drove off with out ordering because the guy at order task was so rude and had attitude with people in missouri city location near 1092 qnd high way 6 We drove to sugarland one to try them again at a dif location and the staff was much kinder and polite. We won't be back to high way 6 and 1092 McDonald's they employee rude people."

"I ask for 2 (ranch dressings) and only receive one. Apparently you need to make more then one purchase to receive 2 ranch. We never had this issue at other highway 6 nearby locations. Inside was clean but I wasn’t pleased with the service.."

"Good ol McDonald’s. It’s always been a good cheap dinner option for busy nights. But they’ve gotten really bad lately about not even attempting to fill up the fries. This is what the fries looked like as soon as they gave them to me. It’s barely halfway full. Other than that, service has been quick and the workers are friendly."

"Horrible establishment. I arrived at 10:40 pm at the entry door. The manager had locked the door and stated they were closed for dining in. It indicates open dining until 11pm. Cutting corners because you want to get off early is not professional. You start when it’s time start and end when it’s time to end. If not , indicate start and end times to be exact or don’t run a business."

"This McDonald's was a no for me, dawg. It could have been a bad night, but it was in rough shape. The ice machine didn't work, trash in the parking lot, the ketchup tasted like it was watered down, the tables were dirty, the walls were dirty and just dirty all around. I'm smart enough to realize it's a McDonald's and not a fine dining experience.... trust me, if you saw my belly, I bet the first thing you would think is ; " this guy right here, he has been to a lot of McDonald's in his lifetime" And you know what? You're right! But this one needs some help..... I guess a plus is that it actually has an area for kids, but it was pretty pathetic as well."
