"So annoyed with this location. This is the second time I was given my drink order made with DAIRY and I CANNOT HAVE DAIRY. I can't understand how this is acceptable. I know the taste and color is off and after a few drinks, I'm doubled over with stomach cramps, now I'm having bathroom issues. Lactose intolerant, so I can obviously tell when I consume dairy. I order it dairy free, it's written on the side of the cup so how does this slide?! Complaint to door dash support was ignored so I'm taking it to bbb for both door dash and Starbucks."

"Lacking Customer Service - they made the wrong drink twice and insisted this is “how it was done”. I go to Starbucks all over the city and it is the same. They couldn’t accept their error. She was extremely rude, regardless to say I wont be going back for my daily coffee."

"I work about 8 minutes from this Starbucks and I spent my entire lunch break waiting on a coffee. I eventually had to leave without the coffee. It was a mess. The drive thru was really long so I just figured I would go inside and it was worst. It was a terrible experience indeed and I won’t be back."

"NITRO COLD BREW. Finally a Starbucks near by that has it. It's like drinking a Guinness Coffee for breakfast. What an awesome way to start the day. The Starbucks is a new style, open and inviting. The service was quick, friendly and above the norm for a Starbucks. Very clean also. This one is a slice above the rest. Glad I decided to swing on by. Remember, if you aren't happy with what they gave you have them remake it. They will."
