"I almost don't want to rate this place 'cause I want to keep it a secret... Very cute bar, with live jazz on a Friday night. The service was slow (even before the crowd came in), but still enjoyed the new venue."

"This is the vibe Dallas has been missing since Checkered Past shut down in the Cedars. We have been here twice and will be back many times. We came for coffee on a Sunday afternoon and the vibe was perfect - it’s well lit, they have bomb breakfast tacos, and the coffee was amazing. I like having espresso straight and they serve it with some tonic water (which only one other coffee shop in town does - Merit Coffee). Then we came on Wednesday night for jazz night and the vibe was amazing! Live jazz in a low key way. We sat at the bar and ordered “whiskey Wednesday” half-priced cocktails - Robert (our bartender) made a solid Manhattan and Old Fashioned and Jamie brought us the phenomenal birria taco. Overall can’t wait to be back for coffee and work or drinks and a party - you can mix it all up!"
