Spirit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

"I can't remember the name of the salesman I just worked with, but his name isn't important. If they put up with the way he does business, there's not going to be anything good to say about the place. So the story goes: salesman greets me at the door of my car and asks what brings me in. I mention that I saw an ad that they were having a promotion and I was just looking for more info about it. He says I don't know but come inside and we'll find out. (Petty typical ploy to get me in for the information grab, but ok) he sits down and starts asking for my information and what I'm looking to spend. When he asked if I could put money down on top of the promotion I said I don't know, let's see what my options are. He keeps asking me closing type questions. Are you sure you won't trade in your car? How much more can you put down and whats it going to take to make a deal today. I kept saying well I'd like to see what you guys have. He seemed a bit frustrated and says you want to see it? I said "it"? He Said it's a jeep Cherokee. When I asked if that's all you have he said it's the only one you can afford then left to get it. This guy was really trying to sell me a mystery car sight unseen. He didn't even ask me a single relevant questions about what I was looking for. I could have been looking for a sedan or a pickup truck for all he knew. I was going to wait and politely decline but after 10 or more minutes passed I just asked another employee walking by to let the sales guy know I was out. He asked why, and I said I don't like you guys. He puffs up like it's personal and says you don't like me? I said I don't like the way you guys do business here. He says, good get out. No big deal but a nice cherry on top to make sure I won't think twice about coming back. Apparently, that will do us all a favor."
