"I’ve been a long time customer with Cavender dealership across Texas and purchased several vehicles from them. I had a fantastic experience with Johnathan Jones from sales. Johnathan was very professional, courteous and straight to the point. The amazing experience turned into the worst car buying experience for me within five minutes of sitting with Cade Thomas, the finance manager. Cade call me a “liar” and assumed that I noticed the scratches of the vehicle by looking at the photos of the vehicle on their website. Cade was very condescending, insulting, rude and unprofessional. He clearly does not possess any people skills and must not be happy at his job. I will never shop at any Cavender dealership in the future. Shame on you for treating people with such disrespect and tainting the dealership’s image.
