"Nice, professional, and informative"

"D. Gutta needs to have his medical license taken away. Yes, he appears to be a very nice man but under the surface, he’s not. He has scammed patients into paying full price, upfront and is very dishonest with his patients. He has lied saying patient’s insurance were under their coverage but then once the procedure and or consultation was done, he would ask them to pay full price. He doesn’t care about the well-being of his patients after procedures are done, and in one instance, someone said their removal site didn’t look right ,a week after their procedure and the person called and the doctor was refusing to see them even after being offered cash, and dismissed the patient saying your worries are valid, but there’s nothing you can do unless it’s three weeks later. He’s also accused a patient who saw him ,of using drugs, and refused to do the proper treatment for aftercare, because of an unconfirmed assumption. He’s also told patients that after they have their wisdom teeth removed, they are free to eat whatever they want even if it involves chewing. For me personally, I went to him, and it was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. I went to him for wisdom teeth removal and while I was under the anesthesia, he cut the corner of my mouth and caused me to need stitches, and caused nerve damage in my tongue, to which, still a year later, I cannot feel my tongue completely, and has been tingling ever since my procedure. When I called and voiced these concerns and said, I cannot feel my tongue, he completely denied that he caused nerve damage in my tongue. Me and so many patients can take this man to court and sue him for medical malpractice. He needs his medical license taken because he’s just gonna keep doing this stuff to patients who think they can trust him. For anyone reading this, I would advise you look for someone else to do your oral surgery."

"He was very polite.. And knew how to play the game. I recorded the appointment. My husband needed his bottom teeth pulled, because he has a huge tumor in his mouth, and "NEEDED" radiation. This dr was not in our network, and we had already forked out over$2000... I told the office that since he wasn't in network, we couldn't afford to get his teeth pulled. The receptionist acknowledge that fact, and that they would work with us.. We go in to get his teeth pulled, they hand us a $3,555 that we had to pay right then and there before the surgery. I asked..ummmm I thought you are going to work with us?. She says that they weren't charging us the medical side..WTH!!! Who the hell Carrie's around $3500.. So we told him that we needed to find another surgeon in our network.. he told us that there were NO OTHER SURGEONS THAT TOOK OUR INSURANCE.. Blah blah blah... well when we left, I called our insurance..low and behold, there were 5 oral surgeons in the area that took our insurance.. HES A FRIGGING LIAR!! I filed a complaint against him for lying to us.. they are reviewing the recording..I hope he loses his license.."
