"First time here 3 new patients one appointment 11/21 and two at a later date. Appointment today was scheduled for 11:00, we waited over an hour in the lobby, others who came in after us were seen 1st. We were told it was due to them seeing a different doctor. While waiting to ask how much longer it would be another patient left because she said she was never checked on after going in the back and her appointment was @1030. I won’t be coming back here and have already called a new dentist to establish appointments and have cancelled the other two appointments I had with this place. Everyone was nice but my time is also valuable so I’d like to be treated as such."
