"My first impression they were running late about 30 minutes. My last surgery with a dental surgeon I was brought in on time it was out lickety-split, but this is Midland so you have to take that into your account and my last surgery was in Houston. The surgeon seemed nice, he is young. He left the stitches too long, they are hanging down in my mouth. I felt that could’ve been done better. DeeDee is phenomenal at her job and I leave her a 10 out of 5.The blonde lady that did my IV was rough and her bedside manner could be better! 2 out of 5. The dark haired woman that led me out after surgery could not have been sweeter and was amazing, rate her 10 out of 5. All in all it wasn’t too bad I had four teeth removed and I’m still recovering! Deedee and the dark haired lady need a raise! Whatever you’re paying them it isn’t enough. They are your A-Team."

"I had mixed feelings about my visit. After my inspection appointment I was told that my insurance would not be covered after this year, information that I think they could have told me when I asked them if I was covered. When I had my cleaning with “root planing and scaling” a procedure I had never had before and paid for before it started, I received what felt like a normal cleaning in 40 minutes (from what I have read about the procedure online I was lead to think that procedure could taken well over an hour to three, and that may use anesthetic). When I asked the front desk, they said I had had the right procedure. I’m concerned that the person cleaning my teeth did not read my chart because they asked to measure my gums (which has been done in the prior week). The other parts of my appointments were fine but I would have appreciated better communication and more clarity on the procedures I paid for."

"These people are not honest about their policies. Apparently they do not do same day cleanings. Nowhere on their website. Do they say that this is not a thing. Apparently this is something you guys do out here in small town. I've never heard of this before. The person who takes the images had an attitude after they asked me. Did I want to proceed with my appointment even though we're not doing the same day cleaning. I told them yes but they need to be more clear with their policies. When people are making appointments online. Instead of saying that something we can look into or I will speak with my office manager. This stupid woman starts to argue with me. This is after being forced to take my hair off to take an x-ray instead of the lazy tech offering to do a manual picture. Apparently that's too much of a hardship. Walked out. No cleaning, no nothing. This woman is rude as hell and if I had her name I throw it on this review. Never again"

"A very unpleasant experience! I had an appointment and never was seen. I explained to them I was there for a filling and the office manager kept arguing with me over getting a cleaning that I did not want to pay $200 to get. After constantly being told that the doctor would be in to see me, and an hour later, I left. The doctor never came, and the office manager(Woman with short blonde hair)kept trying to argue about me getting a cleaning. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time. Everybody else was great, but not her! Terrible customer service!"
