"You have to check your food. Open up every single container. Guess that's why the staff were so friendly Edit: tried them again and now they don't even give you what you ordered unless it's already prepared. They're getting lazier and worse"
"A little disappointed. I got just 1 entree (Kung pao chicken), it was very small. There wasnt any super greens ready. It didn't have hardly any meat in it, mostly all veggies but it did have spice to it. I would prefer the other pearland locations. I don't think I will return"
"Been twice now and zero issues both experiences using the drive thru. Staff is friendly, orders are correct and the food quality is to expect of a fast food chain. It’s nice to have something new on this side of town that isn’t chicken and fries or $15 salads. Not sure why people have such high hopes and low disappointments for a fast food chain location."
"Every time I visit Panda Express, I have to beg for teriyaki sauce when ordering the "Teriyaki Chicken." Well, today, my coworkers and I ordered from this one because they wanted to try it. I put in the comments, "Please give us extra teriyaki sauce." So they wouldn't forget. They gave us TWO packets... for three plates of Teriyaki chicken. So I am now eating dry chicken because I wanted my coworkers to have a good experience. Will not be wasting my money here again."
"Have been waiting for this location to open for a while now. Was very excited to try it. We ordered take out. The food was already cold when I got my order. I suppose the initial teething issues of any business - the staff helping me was not trained and required help from 2 other members to get a simple order right. The counters are very high and we had to shout across for the staff to hear us. Food was okay."
