"Excellent! If you're looking for a top birria near downtown San Antonio, you need to get to this truck located behind Bésame on E Grayson. I had the quesabirria tacos and they were incredible. The meat was tender and flavorful, the cheese melty and delicious, the cilantro and lime gave it a nice fresh element, and the consomé was just perfect. I was told I need to try the birria pizza next...but plan for a long nap afterwards!"
"Birria pizza was good , consome took away from the birria for me actually just made it taste salty but birria was so good I didn't need it. If the bottom had been crispy all the way it would have been perfect. Salsa was perfect match , lime avocado type. Strawberry agua fresca was worth getting , tasted earthy."
"The atmosphere is outside so definitely come on a nice day but the food was AMAZING! I would definitely come here again! The birria tacos and and Agua Fresca are the best that I’ve had in San Antonio!"
"It was a good place to try and the food was made fresh. All of the food I had got was very good had the Quesabirria tacos with consome. It is a bit pricey but with it made fresh as you order it worth it. Liked the vibe there went in the late afternoon was hot there but did have fans. They do have a kids menu very basic but that’s good. I Would go back to try more"
"Really cool spot! I visited on a Saturday, so naturally there was a bit of a wait. However, I do wish they had a system of announcing when your order was ready because there’s such a big seating area, and it’s impossible to hear when they just yell out the order number. The food was good and fresh. I tried the birria tacos with cheese. I wish they had a bit more spice- especially from the sauce. My friend tried the birria ramen and loved it. Overall a good experience!"
