"I'm very disappointed and very upset. There was a black, older female cashier who was very rude. No professionalism whatsoever. I'm not one to write reviews, but she needs customer service training. If she continues to work there, please train her (management). I don't want her to push away future customers like she did with me."
"***ROACHES on the wall*** This location was once the better choice when it came to cleanliness and food quality BUT not today. As we started eating, a roach crawled on the wall nearest to our table. I took my food back to the cashier and received a refund but there was no urgency to find the roach. The table was wiped clean but she didn't bother to find the roach!"
"Ordered lemon pepper and original. Crispy and hot. Exactly how I like it. Service was good."
"Came in to eat with my husband before work, a time to relax and unwind. Did I get that, no. The food was amazing, yes. I got the mango Habanero and lemon pepper. Apparently they allow customers to play loud irritating music; totally disregarding that there are other people there. The content was vulgar. As a person who loves all type of music, there’s a time and place for that. I went up to get a refill and asked the girl if they allow that and she said yes. What if I had my daughter with me and she heard all the cussing in the songs that were playing??? Horrible experience, the workers do not care about customers."
"Going to start opening the box and checking the wings before I got all the way home, more feathers hairs on these flat wings. Lazy workers don’t care who’s consuming, this wingstop location is not worth spending at."
