"They were slammed and short staffed from what it looked like. But the team was awesome and legit. Helped everyone with a great Attitude. And moved with a sense of urgency which I appreciate. All the lobby was messy, but again I could tell they were trying. Good job guys keep up the good work."
"I went through the drive thru and when we got to the window we decided to cancel a strawberry kiwi slushy, the worker at the drive through(male) with long hair threw the window closed start led walking to the back with his hands in the air, Visibly upset at our decision went to get his manager (Melissa). This upset my gf and I, he then continued to have the worst attitude, we had to ask the price of the food, that seemed to bother him too. I have never seen such a terrible worker with a bad attitude. After the drive thru I came to talk to Melissa who was the manager. I explained how upset we were, she assured me she would address it with him. She was nice. Idk that kids name but the receipt says Sergio p. We didn't want the slushy and we didn't even get cheese on our chili cheese fries."
"They took their sweet time and waited almost an hour for just 3 combos.. They were rude my fries were supposed to be large but they gave me smaller than a small size.. they treat people differently i guess based on social status too then More wealthier u look the better they treat u"
"The product is Right on. The tables should be sanitized before I need to do it when I got there. The employees are a bunch of clowns. I had a small Hot fudge sundae with nuts and whipped topping. Perfect. My guest had something else and it was perfect The restroom needed some attention. My medium strawberry sundae with no nuts and no whipped topping was perfect. The Togo bag included napkins and spoon. Inadequate bicycle lock points"
