"Came in to take advantage of a T mobile promo. First of all it was to have been done on line which were not addressed on the promotion. The only restriction was to purchase something.The manager said he couldn't honor it since it needed to be done on line. Well my son placed the order one for myself and one for himself. When it was order we only got one since my son forgot to place the sandwich on mine and we had already redeemed it. The manager,Sam was very disrespectful and rude and refused to make another one. So my son called the Potranco location a d talked to the manager explaining g what happened and without hesitation she said just co.e by. Sam needs to be replaced with someone who is more considerate and respectful. Hopefully he will get replaced otherwise that location will loose customers. As far as I am concern I definitely will not be going there."

Their professionalism, hardworking attitude, and welcoming personalities made my visit truly enjoyable. The dedication of the night crew was evident, and their warm hospitality added a special touch to the dining experience. Kudos to the entire team for their exceptional service!"
"Just picked up an online order and they forgot the brownie and chips and I just asked for a refund. The guy hung up on me and ignored my call afterwards. I was nice and it was a simple request but clearly it was a task that was too hard to handle. Will not be visiting again. Awful service and horrible employee."
"Been a while since I have been to Firehouse. My Cajun Chicken sandwich was great, and refreshingly spicy. So frequently disappointed in restaurants that offer “spicy” which is disappointed. Not here. Love that fact they they truly give back to First Responders and document their contributions."
