"Joshua W. wouldn’t let me do two separate orders through drive through today. And for what??? The Taco Bell near base let’s me do as many orders as I want and doesn’t give me any trouble. “You’ll have to loop around the building and back again to place the second order.” No Joshua W, I will not. How is that different than just taking my second stupid order?? It’s not. Also, cut your hair. Gross"

"The night staff here is awesome and has been for the last 6 months I've eaten here. The day staff is a bit iffy and the food quality dips during the daylight hours. But this is a taco bell. The worst food we ever got was slightly below average, but most of the time, the food we ordered was slightly better than your average Taco Bell. We even had crunch wraps that were still crunchy every so often!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought food but didn’t get the meal I ordered. Called up the store to fix it. Erin (manager) said it was my fault I should’ve checked my food before leaving (because I’m the one that works there), couldn’t give a refund, couldn’t remake food, couldn’t give me a contact number for his GM or Corporate. He said to look it up. I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone."

"We never have issues with our food, but tonight was a different story. One of the burritos we ordered was a BEAN burrito but had almost no beans. It looks as if they put one tiny spoon worth of beans and tried to spread it around to try to cover the inside of the tortilla. I called the store to speak to a manager which the person speaking stated they were, but when I explained what happened they then passed the phone to someone else. The girl was rude stated “so like did you want a remake? Are you going to come back for a remake?” Then proceeded to tell me that I needed to call customer service. I get we all have bad days or make mistakes, but I was polite and just wanted to inform them of how our food was made. She was rude and offered horrible customer service. This was a first as we usually have great experiences at this location. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION."

"Ran out of beans and rice what they told me when I pulled up to the speaker. and I belive beef as well after receiving my oder. I had placed my order thru the app. Seems like they stretched out what they had for my burritos order which was about 7 burritos and all of them where mostly tortilla, barely any filling. I sully get my tacobell food from the one off of fm78 they do a WAY BETTER JOB their than here. I just happen to place a order here by accident cause the app had it set to here than my usual location. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Better off at another location. Contacted corporate and took more pics to show them."
