"Not one for reviews but sadly, this isn’t the first, second or third time this has happened to me with an order. I favored this location because it’s on my way home from work. I know it’s my fault for going back, but they have let me down multiple times by forgetting meals or giving me the wrong order. This last time they gave me A bean and cheese instead of my brisket taco I ordered. I suggest before pulling out of the driveway, making sure your order is correct and not when you get home."

"Manager was very sloppy must be why staff is rude and unprofessional as well. I had asked for sweet tea for both me and my mom. The lady gave us unsweetened tea so I kindly asked for our drinks to be changed. And the manager and register lady made it seemed like I was an inconvenience (the store was not busy). Then the staff in the back were saying (she should get sugar packets if she wants sweet tea) and they were laughing about it. Then the worker gave me my drinks and mocked me saying (is that better ??) I know food service can be tough. But the way the staff handle their little mistakes makes me question how they handle other mess ups they do in the store. Gross performance. Hopefully it can be better resolved with more training."

"Went today & ordered a #4 with a slice of pie. Guy in front of me ordered ONE CHOP SANDWICH. We both waited 20 minutes for our food while the packager on front line just talked and laughed with her coworkers. He talked to me and told me he saw the line and figured he’d come inside for a faster service & I told him how I did the same being I had to be to work in 15 minutes (my job is 2 minutes away) . After him asking ab his order, and them making it on the spot bc somehow they forgot, the manager finally asked what I was waiting for just for my order to have been sitting on the counter for the past 10 minutes already bagged. Not to mention when I got to work I didn’t get my ranch that I ordered. I worked at bill millers store #56 for 4 years and I know first hand how unacceptable that was. Highly disappointed."

"Known as the Dickies of San Antonio. The service and atmosphere is a fast food type environment. The service was excellent. The bbq was average. The price was economical, so if your on a tighgt budget this place can provide BBQ on a budget."
