"This place has amazing care, compassion and understanding. I couldn't reach anyone over the phone so I went in office. Jocelyn helped me 110%, listening to my concerns and making sure she gave me the best possible solutions for my care. Jocelyn's care for me made me feel like family. I want to also say Pamela Lopez is an excellent therapist. I really appreciate how hard Pamela works to help me reach my goals. She always makes me feel important and my voice is always heard. Thank you Lone Star Bastrop for really being there for me and my family."

"My adult son, who is on the spectrum is seen at this clinic and he has always been treated so well. Last week two ladies who work at the front desk went above and beyond to help him get some paperwork to Austin. HUGE thanks to Jocelyn Gonzalez & Emily Sanchez! They were wonderful!!"

"This place is an ABSOLUTE JOKE, agree with the most recent review. I waited 2 months to get in, only to have my appointment canceled 3 days before because the Dr. was going on Holiday. A different receptionist called the next day to tell me the Dr. was "sick". The next available appointment was not until January 9th, AFTER waiting 2 months. I even asked if I could speak with a Doctor for 15 effing minutes just to get a referral. STAY AWAY from this place AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. AWFUL!!!"

"This place is a joke. My family moved here over the summer and tried to setup primary care here. Took a couple months to get our children in, but they were eventually seen. 2 of our children have prescriptions that we have to call each month for refills. Every time we call it is more than an hour on hold to get it done. My wife also tried to set up primary care here. The earliest appointment was more than 2 months out but whatever. We were willing to wait. We get the reminder/confirmation 2 weeks out. She goes to the appointment, checks in, and waits for a bit. Then she is called up and told that her appointment was canceled because the Dr. They scheduled her with was retiring in January. They knew this before her appointment had been scheduled in the first place. Now it's another month wait"

"Doctor Edgar Molina is an amazing Pediatrician. He cares about my kids he is peoples person and dedicated person. He always makes us feel important and my kids love him. Last thing that happened to Me was that i went to church and saw Dr . Molina Praying the Rosary ,in that moment i understood why he is so caring , a Doctor that Loves God and dedicates time for him its a inspiration and whoever has Jesus in their Heart is gonna radiate to everybody that he helps. Also Ms .TREVIŃO IS AMAZING I LOVE HER TOO. Dr. Dioscar was a good pediatrician. In the Bastrop area. In RoundRock i loved Dr . Bacares he is great Pediatrician . The only hard thing its to try to get appointments right away. But customer service is pretty good advising best choices for the appointments. I appreciate all the efforts employees do in the clinic . I understand that covid times were hard on all . Thank for all yall do."
