"I went in one week ago in pain from an infection. After multiple painful xrays the dentist prescribed me some antibiotics. After starting those I felt no relief so I called asking for a different antibiotic. The new ones starred working and I was scheduled for extraction today. Over the weekend the swelling came back. I called today and they can't do anything for me and suggested I see an oral surgeon to have it drained. Thanks for letting me deal with this pain for so long. So glad I didn't sign up for the discount program they kept pushing. The front staff were all very nice but the dentist didn't have much bedside manner and I really felt like a number not a patient."
