"Yesterday was my partners ' birthday and I"popped "a molar "crown" out of my mouth! I retrieved it intact and called MY Dental office to try and get it put back in it's place. They said come on in! But when I got there, they were too "booked up" to get me in! AND THEY COULD NOT GET ME IN UNTIL THE NEXT DAY!! I've been going to this dental office for a few years and finally got dental insurance to help with the cost but I was informed they don't accept my insurance. (Long story, short) while we were there, my partner was looking through some other Dental office's phone number and Spring St Dentals' number "popped up"! Their office was just around the corner from where we were at and we gave them a call. The nice young man I spoke with informed me that it might take an hour but to come right in and they would see what they could do about putting my crown back in. When we got there, we met up with some very nice people. They got me right in, not only put my crown back in but actually accepted my insurance as well!! Thanks Spring St!! Not only did you help me with my "emergency", but NOW, You've got two new clients to add in."

He is very kind, effective and dumbs things down for people who need it. I’ve had a treatment plan of over $10k and they have worked with me over the years to make sure that my insurance pays their part! They offer a credit service for monthly payments that you are unable to pay up front! Almost all of my hygienists were great! Always talking through the process that is going on and reassuring me that I will get my teeth back to being healthy after being pregnant twice and having hyperemesis that has decayed my teeth!
