"It appears Texans lack the ability to schedule appointments, let alone multiple appointments. I called and spoke with Blanca and scheduled two appointments (Mon. & Wed). One was an emergency, and the other was for a dental cleaning. When I showed up to the Monday appointment, I was told they had no record of me yet, but they had my insurance information, wrong phone number, etc. Very frustrating when I called their office twice to confirm the two appointments, and I let them know my frustration. They made it seem as if they were doing me a favor by "squeezing me in" on the Monday appointment. I can o ly hope their service is not as bad as Blanca lack of customer service."

When I lost my insurance Heather front office mgr. gave me a chance to continue my treatment by charging me what my insurance would have paid. Dr. Caldwell is so sweet and professional. He is very thorough and always takes good care of me. He is very knowledgeable and speaks on a budget plan for the best care possible. He always explains everything with clear instructions. Over the years if they are not comfortable with a procedure they reach out to my family doctor for questions and even refer to an oral surgeon for second opinions. I’m very grateful for my dentist and sweet sweet staff at Signature Smiles."
