"The worst experience I've had with a mechanic. Went to get an inspection done, and made sure the wiper blades were newly replaced about 3 weeks ago. They made us replace the wiper blades and claimed it was streaking on the right side and had a tear in it. We asked if only one wiper blade could be replaced even though they were brand new. They said both would have to be replaced because of the "tear". I wonder how a tear could appear with newly bought wipers? Will never be going here again."

"Poor communication when it came to state inspection. I only received a receipt from the guy, and he says to wait a couple of days for the system to show the inspections online. Then, call back after two weeks, and he said it was too late. You have to pay again. The system only holds the record for two weeks. Well, that would have been nice to know when he handed the receipt without instructions."
