"First I have to say their customer service should be rated 6 stars. Reid walked me through the process, very transparent about what they do and how they do it. My car had a lot of hail damage, it looked like a black golf ball; he was up front and honest about the timing, saying it would take 2-3 weeks. But it had taken a beating and I know they had a huge surge of cars after the hail storm in late October. Reid helped me with the insurance claim (of course they waived the deductible) provided a very nice rental car, delivered it to my home (at no cost to me) and kept me updated about the repair process. In return for my patience I got my car returned looking brand new, they even went through and touched up some rock chips and some other minor paint damage. I am please to have my car back looking beautiful. These guys are top notch, they went way above and beyond to satisfy a customer. I will be glad to use them again."
