"For the past week, my car has been giving me issues. Today, i came into the store to check out what could be wrong.. No check engine light, so Joel checked out the battery charge.. and Bingo my core was bad. I just wanted to thank Mr Joel so much! This sweet man just got done helping me get and switch out my battery in a '20 Malibu . And conversed with me, answering all questions I had when working on my car. "Bought a battery from them about a year or year and a half ago. The battery came with a 3 year warranty. It started leaking and going bad. Wasn't starting well, and confirmed it was going bad when I did my 100k maintenance service on my car at an auto center. OREILLYS, and specifically, I think her name was Lisa, made it about as painless and fast as you could ask to get a replacement battery. Would definitely go back for needed car parts/issues."
