"Robin and the wife were so informative and patient. We just recently moved to town and I was stressed about finding honest service, as I am clueless about cars. My husband's car had a terrible oil leak and we couldn't locate where it was coming from. We dropped off our car on Wednesday and were able to pick it up on Friday night. They were able to fix the leak and also replaced all the necessary fluids for maintenance. Additionally, they called us every day to update us on their progress. Overall, I highly recommend this shop for their great service, reliability, and knowledge. I will definitely come back if I ever need service again till next time!"

"I know Robin has a good reputation but honestly I had a terrible experience. After already dealing with other mechanics who for some reason or another were not able to work on my car, I was initially relieved Robin said he would be able to work on it. I met him on a Friday, and he told me to bring it in on Monday and he’d get to it first thing. I brought it in on Monday and he seemed a little stressed. That should have been my first warning sign, especially when he said something about another customer who was bothering him about when their car would be ready. A week goes by and Robin doesn’t even touch my car for a diagnosis until that Saturday. After the diagnosis it takes another full week for him to do anything. When I pick it up, all he has done is a diag, smoke test, replaced an o2 sensor and cleaned some grounds. I could have done all that myself in an hour. All in all he charged me $400 and it none of the work he did actually helped solve my issue. I’m sure if he had kept the car longer he eventually could have solved the issue, but going two weeks without my car for him to do minimal work and having him continuously pushing the timeline out after promising something else was unacceptable. Proceed with caution, he might treat you better than he treated me, but unfortunately for me he wasted a bunch of my time and money."

"I came to XDJ with the understanding that I needed motor mounts for my truck from a dealership. I’m not the most knowledgeable person on automotive repairs and XDJ had every opportunity to take advantage of the situation to make a quick buck. I wouldn’t have known any better. Instead, they looked it over and determined it was a quick $60 fix. I can not recommend them enough because they stand by their claim of honesty."
