"There are 2 Land Rover Dealerships in Austin, TX. One is Downtown Austin, the other one called "North Austin". Do yourself a favor and ignore both of those. I recently moved from Scottsdale, AZ, and this shop is by far the best I've done business with. Please bring your Rover here. "Awesome folks. Weve taken our 2021 LR Defender 110 to Austin Roverworks twice now - once for routine maintenance and last time for a full brake job, both times the work was flawless. "Don't waste your time going to the Land Rover "stealership" - they are clueless, super limited on seasoned mechanics and always so bookedout that they no openings to look at your urgent problem! Why? Because they are always overbooked with stupid things like oil changes (they make the easiest money there) and any basic repair is way, way overpriced! Ken and crew KNOW how to diagnose and FIX your car like no one else in Central Texas - period! Look, you bought a complex and expense car to repair - don't get hoodwinked by the mail out postcards claiming " We work on European Cars too!". Good grief - the Land Rover brand is unique but also with multiple corporate changes in ownership over the past 15 years - it takes a seasoned expert to do this job right the First time and Ken and Crew are the Central Texas experts you need."
