"This happened at the pflugerville, Tx store. Took my vehicle here for hail damage and I when I got it back I noticed they scratched my car and didn't even put my hood back on right. When I spoke to the guy who worked on my car he tried to say it was there before I brought it in but I cleverly took pictures of my car before I brought it in just in case something like this happened. He then told me he would fix his mistakes if I gave him a good review, which i refused. He was arrogant and rude and didn't like how he tried to bribe me into giving him a good review. I am writing this review so that they will be more careful next time and not do this to anyone else. Please be careful if you are choosing this place to fix your car. Take pictures before hand so you have proof that it wasn't you that caused damage to your own car. People like this just add to the negitivity that goes on in this world. BEWARE!"

"Gerber Collision absolutely NAILED IT !! You will always get a good review from me, if you say what you're going to do, and then meet or exceed those expectations. John did a fantastic job of telling me the step by step process it would take to get my vehicle back to original condition, he even took the time to explain they had a down-draft paint booth (i asked because this type is know as industry best-in-class). John communicated with me during the process to let me know progress, and they even finished and had my truck back to me before the quoted duration. They just have EXCELLENT customer service, and that goes for the girls in the office as well. Thanks Gerber !"
